ONE PLAYER - ONE CLUB RULING HAS COME INTO PLACE THIS SEASON (2007 - 2008)
This ruling was introduced across the whole of Wales from the start of this Season. The main implications of the full ruling are as follows:-
1. No player can be registered for more than one club at any time
2. No player will be able to play for more than 2 clubs in any one season.
3. Players moving from Club to Club irrespective of which Leagues the Clubs are in will have to complete a transfer form
4. The FAW will maintain a data base of all players to ensure they are not registered for more than one club.
5. There will be two registration windows next season (from 1st August to 24th October and from 1st to 31st January). No player can register for any club outside of these windows.
