Ammanford 2
Llanwern AFC 0

Changes were made after a dire second half against Cwmbran Celtic, Currie , Stinton and Aviss dropped to the bench , Spiteri , Taylor , Corey and Rhys redman were unavailable , in came Tanner , Wysome , Hooper and Vau.x
Llanwern again started well and a Binning header from a corner on 7 minutes was cleared off the line and a perszewski golden chance on 10 minutes was lobbed over the bar !!
With centre half Baugh out of action for a 10 minute period Ammanford struck twice the first when defence and keeper failed to take responsibility for a ball on the edge of the box and the Ammanford striker lobbed Hart who was in no mans land 1-0 .
The second came on 21 minutes when a direct free kick struck a post and was followed up by a free ammanford player to side foot home ( where was his marker ? ).
The Wern slowly recovered as did Baugh and Shire and Cheski both spurned very decent chances , the Ammanford ploy of wasting as much time as possible with 75 minutes to go was incredible and even more incredible was the referee allowing them to do so .

HT 2-0

The half time team talk seemed to make no odds as from the kick off the ammonford right winger beat 3 players superbly only for hart to make an excellent save .
Chances were very few and llanwern were becoming more and more frustrated with the officials decisions especially a few offsides that seemed very dubious .
with 25 minutes to go a change to 4.3.3 was the gamble , introducing Currie for Hooper then stinton for quarterly and finally Sully for Power but still Llanwerns luck would not change and when Perszewski was clean through and brought down only to be booked for diving by the referee it was obviously just not going to happen .
The ball was in the net twice but both ruled out and to cap a horrid afternoon Wysome was sent off for two yellow cards late on and Perszewski missed a sitter when put through by Vaux !!
Now is the time to stand up and be counted after a superb run undefeated things have got tricky the last few games and players must now want to play and prove themselves all over again .

Its not the time for big time moaning shirkers its time for real players the right attitude and hard workers !!!
