Chairman Dave Jones has been with the club since 1975, He came to work at Spencer Works at the end of his professional football career that saw him play at Millwall , Mansfield and Newport County . He joined the club and soon became Assistant Manager, then Manager. After a few years of management, he moved up to become Chairman and he has been doing that job every since.
